If you’ve ever had an unhealthy relationship with a bad habit, a specific person or even yourself, this is for you. I wont lie to you and tell you that I, or someone else will always be there to help. But I can tell you, the moment you decide to stop lying to yourself, and you stop shutting off all your senses from the truth.
