I never had a good relationship with my dad. The only thing we truly had in common was a passion for music. The only moments I treasure and miss is sitting with him and my brother, having a drink and talking about Genesis, Pink Floyd and Santana. This is an album we could have listened to at 2am and he would absolutely love as much I do. I can picture him singing the chorus over and over. This song is a gem.

This track is fucking incredible. The entire album is brilliant, but the vocal line and melody on this just hits me from the very start. That piano riff is perfectly in sync with the vocals–which are damn near angelic, and it's literal perfection.
