This is just wonderful and perhaps his most Celtic tinged album- have been playing non stop- early contender for Album of the Year- he interviews so well fascinating to listen to him- total respect- Album of the Year???

David you’ve really managed to capture the rhythmic nature of the sea with your Celtic beat on Skellig. The light piano gives the sensation of water lapping in the background. I find more than ever the need to be near the sea which many of us can’t do at the moment. Times spent walking the Pier at Dun Laoghaire are always a treasure. Thanks for bringing it that bit closer.

I have been a huge fan for so many years and am OBSESSED with the new record!!! Skellig is as good as any of the ones before and it’s incredible to see an artist continue to put out amazing new music years after their initial success - David, you are one in a million!!! Please do a BTS/explanation and acoustic version of The White Owl! It’s my favorite so far and makes me think of so many things. Would love to hear the inspiration behind the song!!
