I have a personal rule not to dump my issues on YouTube cuz the comment section isn't the place for that, but the timing of this is perfect and y'all just pulled off a miracle with the whole making me cry again thing. Sorry but I'm gonna break that rule just this once. I won't go too deep into it though:
• My depression's back. I'm always in a state of emotional numbness from depression and being emotionally stunted, but it's been more intense than usual for a few days now. I know it'll pass, as it always does. I can get through it again, but for now I'm in the trenches.
• My anxiety is so bad that it's been making my heart beat weird at night for around 2 weeks now. I made an appointment with my psychiatrist this Monday to get back on antianxiety meds.
Then there's the disassociation episodes...but that's enough issue dumping.
The mental pain is manifesting as physical symptoms so, in general, I'm just....not doing great.
But I'll be okay.
I always end up okay.
And I know what number to call if it gets worse, right? Haha...
Again, sorry for dropping all that here and thank you so much.
