Last week I attended an interview for a team leader position within a professional establishment. I didn't get it. I thought I simply was not good enough š then I found this channel, binge watched videos pertaining to management job interviews, took notes and attended a higher up job interview for a deputy manager's role. (which, by the way required more responsibility and more complex decision making skills than the previous team leaderās role i applied for and failed).
Two days later I got a call from the hiring manager saying that I was THE OBVIOUS CANDIDATE and not only did I get the deputy manager's job, they added extra money towards my salary, for I came across as extremely knowledgeable and experienced. Huge thanks to the creator of this channel! You truly helped me smash it and I'm the living example that your advice and guidance WORKS WONDERS!

Today I had my 13th interview with my hiring manager and he asked me : "Tell me about yourself". I literally applied the knowledge that I obtained in this video. The hiring manager was impressed on how I carry the interview and he immediately took me for the junior engineer role.
