Baba Oβriley was the first song I thought of. To me, it defines what a rock anthem is. Simple, bombastic, and youthful. Maybe itβs the big dramatic crashing cymbals, the piano pounding out the opening chords, or the way the intro builds into the iconic verses. Itβs hard to put it in words, but itβs just got that undeniable anthemic quality to it.
