The Wild Hunt are one of the most deadly factions within the world of The Witcher. Known throughout the realms as just a part of folk lore, to many they were just a story that you would tell to scare people. However, their true nature was devastating for humanity all over the multiverse.

But where did the Wild Hunt come from? Why did they form? What was their ultimate goal and what happened to them in the end?

In this video we look at the ghostly raiders who would enslave you and freeze your village. This is the lore behind The Wild Hunt.

I know Witcher from my teenage years. It still surprise me how popular it became worldwide. It's nice to see people around the world diving into this universe and falling in love with it...like I did years ago.

I kinda think it would be funny if these guys accidently tried to invaded the world of Cyberpunk or 40k.

“We’re from frozen planets, and we train animals made of ice elements and can freeze people over. What can you possibly have that can threaten us.” - Wild Hunt before being given Mexican food with lots of hot spices and ghost peppers.

Joseph Anderson theorized that in the first witcher game you arent actually fighting Eredins spectre at the end since youre in a shared dream state with the main villian. Pretty convincing but he also took like an entire hour to fully explain his point. Worth the watch.

I have yet to read the Witcher novels. Your Witcher background video's are so very informative. The best I have ever seen. Congrats. Netflix had so much potential with the Witcher novels. They really "Dropped the ball" including letting Henry Cavill walk away. So much wasted potential. HBO would have done a better job by far.

An epic overview and recap of the lore in this fantastic franchise. I never played the first 2 games but did play 3 and all the DLC, loved it dearly. Really enjoyed this bit of deeper lore into the antagonists of the game. Well played!

I love finding channels I can just FEEL the potential in. You will take off my friend. You give me the same vibes some of my favorite channels did when I first found them. No pressure, do what interests you of course. But I'm very confident you are going places. Try too add flavourful context and personality when it's suitable. Avoiding being just a wiki reader is key I find, not that I have any authority in this field of work 🙃 so grains of salt you know. Keep it up friend. I'm grateful.

in the context of the Continent, humans are as much as unnatural as archasae. Edit: aren't dwarves and gnomes original dwellers of the Continent with the elves?
