we moved out of the countryside resently and it's nice to be able to hear these sounds again now all I can hear is buses and cars outside instead of rivers and birds

Thank you. it reminds me of my garden (business garden) back home. I travel with my husband now, the business closed, but the garden remains. I tried to share it with the community, just not enough visitors to pay the bills through ice cream and other goodies. hope one day that will change so more people will find. and feel the love and peace that I find in nature.. Recently I've noticed whenever I'm in natural surroundings, eg the local woods, I feel very relaxed by the sights, smells and sounds of nature. As a species we're meant to be close to nature. We're not meant to sit in cubicles all day looking at screens, but if we have to, it helps to have these recorded sounds of nature in the background to de-stress.
