Hi Gio, after going through it again, I see it's not so bad (hard). The concepts are close to the same . It's mostly the differences in application, the differences in functions and the familiarity with libraries available. Thanks for teaching us many core concepts. I'll move on to the next video and then return to re-watch when I need it. Also thanks for teaching us how modern web apps are built. God bless ๐

Hi Gio, honestly this your course has been like climbing up a hill and that's super great! I haven't relaxed ever since. I'm learning one new thing after another. From the start I wanted to know how php connected to front end logic like JavaScript. I just want to thank you for exposing us to these things. On first pass I do feel a bit overwhelmed (though thanks to all you've been teaching us, it's not too strange)
I'm hearing things like for in and for of loops (unless I'm mistaken) but I fully believe that as I go over it again and again with practice, I'll understand.
Thanks a lot Gio, really, thanks ๐

Hey quick question (I know I am kinda late to the party :D) however whats your reasoning for faking the delete request to be a post request from ajax? I understood why you did it from the form itself since you can't send a DELETE Request with an html form, however using the fetch api and javascript thats totally fine by setting method: delete.
So am I missing something here or?

Not sure if it's mentioned later in the series but we end up with an issue with the validation errors. If a request generates errors and you close the modal, the error feedback will remain on all subsequent modals until a valid request is made. In my case I simply fixed it by exporting the `clearValidationErrors` function from the ajax file and called it in the `openEditCategoryModal` function. Thanks for the hard work Gio! I'm loving the series. It helped me get familiar with a lot of concepts I wasn't used to!
