I love your vlogs but I am so happy being 53 years old and don’t have that craving and make things time consuming cause after your 50-ties if you are able to make it time does fly by and all you want is to enjoy every little detail and being able to breath healthy and take each step by step. I do hope although you have so much creativity that you won’t burnout.

All of your advice was spot on, but as a newly graduate with a big girl job like you, the one which sticks out the most to me is: make fun life plans. And most importantly during the week. Jobs are soul sucking, whether it's your passion or not, and you can easily find yourself in an endless loop of weeks where you're exhausted yet you don't remember one thing you did for you, for fun. I want to remember my life, so even when I'm exhausted I make sure to do one small thing differently, or one fun thing each week night.

As someone with a full-time job and youtube as a side project, I really needed this right now. I do much of what you said, but switching off and allowing myself to actually stop working has been probably the hardest for me to do. Thank you for the reminder that relaxing is just as important as pushing toward your goals. :)

Hi Alia, thank you for sharing these tips on work-life balance! They are really helpful for anyone looking to improve their productivity and overall well-being. I particularly liked the idea of setting boundaries and prioritizing self-care. It's easy to get caught up in work, but it's important to remember to take care of ourselves as well. Great video, keep up the good work!

Thank you so much for sharing these tips. The tip for "picking up a task and doing it from A to Z" is so amazing. I applied it to my work-related tasks, and it has been so great. I not only got everything done in time, but this also makes your mind sure that you haven't missed anything or any detail, which would happen otherwise with me, when I would do it in a haphazard manner. Love your videos and yours and Yoni's aesthetic sense. Sending lots of love💌
