Thank you, thank you, thank you, Matt and Joy. In 2017, I was jolted into awakening and began experiencing emotions that were so dark, it seemed almost impossible. I had been on a spiritual journey, but this was something very different. As 2018 wore on, the darkness continued. I remember scrolling through a list of my spiritual audio books, trying to decide what to listen to next.
There, at the bottom of the list, was the book, Whatever Arises, Love That. I had no memory of buying it. But I knew I had to listen. And so, my real journey began.
Matt and Joy, your transmission today so accurately described my journey from then until now. Matt, you have played a very important role in my evolution. I have had other important teachers come into my life as well, especially MaitriBodh Parrivar, but I believe all have worked together for my evolution.
I look forward to having both of you as important teachers and transmitters of energy in my life going forward. I intend to listen to this transmission a few times!

- accept the highs and the lows (neither seeking nor rejecting) - old doors closing new ones opening (without any effort) - rapid changes likely, the preparation is our Presence 🧘🏾♀️🧘 - a death of attachment to the 3rd dimension on a collective level - what drops in the individual, elevates the collective - witness how 3D patterning unraveling inside you is playing out in the collective (conflicts) 🌤️ - find safety, sovereignty & stability not in the ups and downs of the world, but in the Breath and unwavering connection to the Divine (I AM THAT I AM) 🙏 - it’s an evolutionary gift (the last step before the next level) - everything always goes in the direction of ascension, oneness, Peace 🕊️ - creating space for a more awake world to be born, these are the 1st steps 🐾 - there’s no need to be in a hurry, it’s already accelerated (presence) ⛩️ - April showers bring May flowers 🌦️🌸🌷 - peaks and valleys aren’t a matter of “worthiness”, but a part of the cycle of evolution - holding space for that, not controlling - attachment = I need life to be a certain way - maturity = everything is unfolding perfectly (aligning with higher Self) - creation and destruction are intertwined ❄️🌸🌻🍂☃️🌊 - open to receiving and sharing 🤲 (honoring everyone’s journey) Accept, release, cycles closing, inspiration for more, allowing space, trust in the Universe, greater alignment and communion with the higher Self that we are, letting go of attachments and control, the highs can’t exist without the lows, it’s not your fault, it’s just a programed darkness by the Universe that was necessary to remind us of how bright we truly Shine. ☯️ May it be so for all sentient beings.
