So just a little bit about this one- The opening notes are from an EXTREMELY (hundreds of years) old song by Henry Purcell called "Funeral Sentences for the death of Queen Mary II", which was then featured/reworked in the Stanley Kubrick movie soundtrack for "Clockwork Orange" as "Music for the Funeral March of Queen Mary" by Wendy Carlos as a very early electronic piece. THEN, the tune was reworked yet again by Cygnus X into "The Orange Theme", which is one of the very first trance tracks ever (and still great! Look it up! Also check out the Ferry Corsten remix!) AND FINALLY, Deadmau5 did a little ditty called "Clockwork" based on the very same piece of music, which made him famous. :) So there's quite a long history here and much of it is electronic!
