I spent over 3 months synchronizing a line rider track to Beethoven's 5th drawing everything by hand.

Any time a character leaves the screen they are being directed by unseen lines to the next location.

This is not the full length of the piece. I spliced together parts to make it possible for me to finish the project in a practical amount of time. I don't think my sanity could handle 3 more months of this song.

YouTube post processing seems to create a few millisecond audio delay if you are watching on the mobile YouTube app. If you notice this, watching the video in any web browser won't have this problem.

Thanks again to Conundrumer for technical support for supporting multiple riders. Here is his channel:

Thank you to everyone who messaged me that someone is using this video as a pre-roll advertisement. I did not give that person permission to use it, and I do not endorse his knock off Android Line Rider App called Line Driver. If you want to get the Line Rider app, you should get the official version from my friend David Lu. David is the lead developer of the Line Rider. He's not paying me, but here is the link to his android app: play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=io.emergents…

Imagine someone you love dying and then their body repeatedly zooms past you at 300 miles per hour at random intervals.

1:36 legit made me sad. I realize they are only stick drawings, but there was such a great chemistry there and then he watched it all slip away as the other figure tumbled away. I was not prepared for this!

This is brilliant not only because of the synching with the music, but also because of the sheer physical comedy of all those flailing bodies coming from nowhere

I got this as an ad, and it was literally the first YouTube ad I’ve ever watched to completion

I remember watching this in music class a few years back, and having a huge debate on which one of the sled people won. We decided it was red, considering that even though green made it first, they fell off. The debate lasted at least 5-10 minutes.

Your feel for the physicality of Beethoven's masterpiece, and your ability to translate that to this software, is inspiring and gives me goosebumps. I have listened to this piece my entire life, listening to various orchestras' renditions, and not only have your visuals added an entirely new dimension to my love for the piece, but you also have chosen a superb rendition. Thank you. I am happy that so many people are seeing this.

The fact that you can make out a story really makes you appreciate not just the music, but also DoodleChaos’ visual aspects. Beethoven would surely give a million chefs kisses

the emotion that I felt at 1:40 was more intense than I think any blockbuster movie has ever given me. then I got pretty concerned for Blue's fate. THEN YOU JUST DROP GREEN BACK INTO THE PICTURE LIKE "REMEMBER MEEEE"-- Edit: I knew it. Why can't people just have good things ;0;

I just saw this as an ad for “line driver” again. It’s really disgusting that someone would steal the hard work of the developer of Line Rider and use it to gain revenue that they aren’t entitled to.
