That by far was one of the best executed invasions in WWE history. The original Nexus is definitely one of my favorite stables. They came in and wrecked shop. Just watching that segment to this very day still sends shivers up my spine.

I remember missing the match, and when I came back, the ring was tore up and everything was destroyed. This was an underrated year for WWE (in my opinion). I was 14 at the time and been watching WWE for close to ten years by this point. This was something different.

The dead silence as we watched it on TV (no commentators or anything) while the Nexus wreaked havoc was what made it so surreal and an epic invasion.
