Hi Thoraya, this is my favorite of your ideas. I think it is very valuable to shake up the status quo of our social interaction and challenge people to connect with "strangers." They are connecting with the writers but they are also connecting with you. One woman called it an "odd interaction." The more people like you do this type of thing, the less odd it will become. I believe the more people connect and engage with each other, the less ignorance, hatred and racism will exist. For this reason, I don't fully understand why you would discourage others from replicating this idea in their city. The value of this project is the effect it has on the participants and those that watch it. It's the kind of project that pushes people to look at others as people, to talk to each other and not just walk by. That is very valuable! I read on your Instagram someone asking if they could take this idea and do it in their city and you told them to wait until it becomes bigger. That you have inspired someone else or others to want to recreate this type of connection is such a positive thing! I encourage you to support their inspiration and excitement by saying, "yes that is awesome! Cant wait to see how your project goes."
