I used to cry every time I left home to go back to college too! It did get better for me by senior year and with time I think it definitely gets easier. It will always be sad to leave the people you love, but what helped me was remembering that they would want me to forge my own path and embrace new experiences. Moving away is such a hard thing, so pat yourself on the back for having the courage to do it in the first place!
