Shaq last to 3peat, his average in the NBA finals during the 3peat: 38.0, 33.0 and then his third 36.3. Shaq in his day absolutely unstoppable, commands a doubleteam every posession, and a lot of opposite defenders are in foul trouble. Shaq killed Tim Duncan on multiple occasions, and Duncan is a top6 player in my books. Curry is top ten player, but Shaq is not the guy you bump out.

I love Shaq but putting him top 3 greatest of all time is absolutely crazy
Edit: Being the best in your prime or having a unstoppable dominance in your prime doesn't make you great. It's like Skip when he tries make his case for Baker with that 11 game stretch, QBR 91 scale 0-100, 4th highest rated QB spiel. You have to take TOTAL BODY OF WORK not just their greatest hits/career highlights hence why Shaq can never be a top 3 greatest all time. He's not even a top 3 center all time (Kareem, Wilt, Bill)

So Skip lists off Shaq accolades to make a point of why he's all time over Steph but what would he say if you did the same thing with LeBron? Having him 9th with all he's accomplished, accolades, and records with Shaq as your 3rd all time is the most blatant form of hating and contradiction I've seen.

Instead of attacking who is and isn't top 10, we need to increase the value and emphasize the importance of the top 15 or 20, the difference between 4-15 is often where the debate lies because the passage of time will add more and more great players of comparable success and talent. Everyone top 10 order is different but 90% of everyone's top 15 have the same players which is actually where the value lies.
