I just heard this song for the first time in my life yesterday and Iām glad I found it. This is a masterpiece. I admire the courage & vulnerability Leonard showed here. He knew the end was near & he faced it with strength, bravery and unflinching acceptance. May he rest in peace & his legacy live onšš¾

Do not stand at my gave and weep
I am not there,
I do not sleep.
I am a thousand winds that blow.
I am the diamond glints on snow.I am the sunlight
On the ripened grain.
I am the gentle autumnās rain. When you awaken in the morning hush,
I am the swift uplifting rushof quiet birds in circled flight.
I am the soft stars that shine at night.Do not stand at my grave and cry.
I am not there.
I did not die.My Spirit is still aliveā¦

He left us 7 years ago , on november 7th and we still miss him so much.
I was lucky enough to hear him at the very beginning, in 1972, in a university gymnasium in Montpellier..... there were several hundred of us, sitting on the floor, and it was the beginning of a discovery that would never end. Thank you for everything you've given us, LĆ©onard.
