Michalis Tsikovas (aka Mike Tsikøvas) started his career as a Dj just by doing some radio shows and from the very first moment he realized that his great passion was music and contact with the world and the clubs. The opportunity to prove his quality came in the summer of 1996 when, being influenced by the electro pop scene of the 80's (Depeche mode, New order, Duran Duran), he organized some 80's parties that had great success.
In the summer of 1997 he takes over as a resident Dj at Karnagio club where he stayed until 2012, participating in the most successful parties. The House music had touched him from the beginning so, in 2010 he published the ‘Addicted to Love’ project, with the aim to spread the house music to the rest of the world. From 2010 until 2012 he worked as a resident Dj at the most famous club of the island ‘Kinky’.
In 2013, he took part in the national competition that is organized by Movida Corona, where his project was voted as one of the best 16 collections out of 200!
In 2014, he took part in four music festivals (Beach street festival, Reborn festival, Seli Mountain Gathering and Bloque festival) close to very famous names of the world’s music scene. In the meantime he is the one of the organizers for the Reborn Festival Lemnos Island.
Now on the radio, he participates as a guest in various music projects such as Cannibal radio, Generate project and Chilli web radio, while he has his own radio show at Fun radio since 2012. Furthermore, he appeared as a guest in many projects in Athens such as Baraonda, Mirror, Divine and Skyfall. The music he plays is something between progressive and tech house.
