Rather, by perfecting the nuances of her vocal range she’s able to create a serene tranquil atmosphere. Backed by strings that just glide ever so slightly in the background and minimalistic piano keys that add a stroke of clarity, Rihanna’s voice is the true foreground as we see the ever-so-slight evolution in her vocal range displayed across the entirety of the song.
