Ojibwe word of the day!

Learning languages is fun and good for the mind, body, and spirit. I love learning, teaching, and sharing about the Ojibwe language. It’s amazing that in spite of 500 pretty rough years, we still have indigenous languages and cultures to share. Our ancestors paid dearly so we could have them today. Every word we learn honors our ancestors and future generations. Miigwech!

Thank you so much for all of your work as a language warrior. Very appreciative of your content. Would you consider creating long form videos about native topics that you may have already covered, but spoken in Ojibwe? Audio in Ojibwe is hard to find on YouTube and elsewhere, and I think it would be wonderful. I’m sure you get many requests every day, so I’m sorry to add to the list. Just an idea from a supportive language warrior. Thank you again for your years of work.
