Yes, exactly. You've nailed it. This exercise is basically running for your arms, without the impact. Instead, you are lengthening, stretching, strengthening and pumping your arms. This reduces impact strain, increases oxygenated blood, pumps your Lungs and Heart, and strengthens your shoulder girdle. Try it out. Do 50 per day for 1 week. Then increase 50 every week. Try this for 1 month, in addition to your normal exercises. Report back with your progress. You will Love it! :)

I have to comment. I have a terrible cold and my sinuses are blocked. I was having a very hard time catching my breath and was going to go to the hospital to get some air into my chest. I did this exercise and immediately noticed my phlegm loosening up and I was able to catch my breath. I waited 5 minutes and did it again and I feel so much better. I’m going to do it a few more times throughout the s. Thanks so much for this video. I can breathe ☺️

Eric, I am eternally grateful to you! You’re a Godsent! This exercise helped me tremendously with my anxiety, shortness of breath and menopause! I sleep like a baby! God bless you Eric! I just wish I’ve discovered it much earlier; but better late than never! I recommended and continue recommending to EVERYBODY!
