Fun fact: Emiles skull being missing is not actually a glitch. It's a result of split screen. For some reason the 360 edition of Halo Reach hides a LOT of items from view in split screen (Most likely to save memory and not have to load so much at once) such as trees, grass, flowers, and armor decals like the skull.

There's something fun you can do in Halo Reach forge that is kind of a glitch. If you turn into a Monitor and hug the floor while looking directly down, if you make a rock spire the spire will spawn with you inside of it. You can move around freely in this state, and since you're inside the spire you can't be shot, and the spire hitting things at max speed will kill them. IIRC you can also clip through geometry when that happens, but it's been a while so I don't quite remember. Eventually you'll get kicked out of the rock, at which point you will end up somewhere random and quickly glide back to the spire at the position you're supposed to be in when moving it.

It took me a couple days and a few sit downs but I finally finished it. You guys have compiled an incredible archive! It's kind of funny how I actually did already know 90% of these, but the new ones were great finds that have kind of inspired me to get back into playing some Halo again. Love the videos! Keep it up guys :)

The level regret had so many Easter eggs and glitches to do. At 1:11:13 you could get up and out of the map without the skulls activated. I pulled that trick off back on the old halo 2 Xbox.

On AOTCR the final hunter pair found at the base of the ziggurat are "sleeping". In other-words their AI is turned off. This happens whether you steal one of the banshees on the ice bridge or go down there normally through the doors on the far end of the bridge.
If you get a ghost onto the small elevators on AOTCR the ghost (with you in it) will slip through the floor of the elevator, you and your ghost will fall to the bottom of the elevator shaft unharmed and potentially soft locked if you don't have any grenades or a rocket launcher.
On Two Betrayals it is possible for the sentinels at the final pulse generator to survive the EMP. If this happens they will laser down and kill the chief during the cutscene.
I've tried to do this intentionally solo but the only time I've ever seen this happen was in co-op on the original xbox version.
We had a strategy for the pulse generator rooms where one of us waited in the hallway while the other ran to the pulse generator to EMP it and likely die doing so, and re-spawn with the other player, and just leave the ambush behind. We lost track of which pulse generator we were on so we did that on the final one we accidentally discovered this glitch.
As for the final elite in Gravemind having randomized armor, this is a glitched elite coined "the honor guard councilor" and there is actually an explanation for why this glitch happens.
Most enemies in halo 2 have multiple variants that each have a different voice actor, besides voice actor they are identical but are considered to be separate enemy types in the games code, in the case of elites one variant has the calm "Dogmatic" voice and the other variant has the more energetic "Scully" voice. Typically when an enemy is spawned the game will randomly pick one of the variants to load, but programmers can tag individual enemies to force one variant to be used.
To save space on the original xbox hardware not all levels have both versions of a given enemy in their files, for instance only one of the two grunt variants were used in Metropolis since it's a huge level and the only grunts you fight up close are the handful on the scarab, you wouldn't really notice if they all had the same voice.
In the level Gravemind since there are so few elites in the level, the dogmatic variant was omitted from the level's files.
To accommodate this, all of the elites in the level needed to be tagged to force the Scully variant, but the final gold sword elite in the level was accidentally tagged to force the Dogmatic variant instead.
When it comes time to spawn this elite the game tries to load in a dogmatic golden sword elite but it can't find the files for it, all the game knows is to spawn an elite with the stats and weapon of a golden sword elite but has no idea what its armor is supposed to look like. Thus it defaults to white armor, the honor guard pieces are enabled for some reason, and it loads a random helmet from all the options available in the level's files, he can even spawn in not wearing any helmet at all. If I recall correctly, he is also completely mute as he doesn't have any voice loaded.
343 intentionally left this bug alone for the remaster because of how iconic the resulting elite is, so it's effectively a feature rather than a bug.

37:37 was kinda creepy đł

17:37 Emile launches across because he normally won't be able to make the jump half the time so he's scripted to fly across as to make it look like his Mongoose (which should be going full speed) pulled it off

Delta Halo and regret don't use the same canvas, they are the same map. It was originally going to be one level, but it had to be split into two because of technical limitations. The same applies to a lot of Halo 2 levels, outskirts and metropolis, the heretic station, quarantine zone, basically all of those 'two part' levels were originally one level, but the engine/OG xbox just couldn't handle it. I think earlier in the development the last four levels were not going to be intercut and would've each been one level, with more to follow, but when they cut the last few levels off the game they had to adjust it.
