I would add, to anyone who was made to feel small or ashamed by cruel comments, whether Arbour's video or any other circumstances... "Why not choose kindness?" is a good reminder question for how I treat and think about myself as well... Choosing to be kind to myself in my thoughts, rather than allowing other people's cutting words to trap me in thinking cruelly of myself. Because it's so easy to be caught into believing others' cruelties, and seeing only faults in myself, and incessantly criticizing myself and repeating other's criticisms to myself, instead of being gentle and kind to myself. I want to be kind to others... so why not treat myself the same way?
