Poor Mika. Moona came for the Ark gameplay and got more than she wanted. Mika's situation was something similar that I thought Ollie was going to happen to her with her special hoodie and hat that till she gave them to Zeta. Then Zeta unfortunately has to deal with her mother not knowing nothing about those pieces of clothing and start wearing them because she thought they were cute and Zeta was horrified.

god i would have been very mean if i was in her shoes. there comes a point where you have to draw a hard and fast line and say that the way you're being spoken to is unacceptable. it's ultimately healthier for your relationship with that person than if you let them walk all over you in these conversations. i had to set some hard lines with my own family, and we're in a better place now.

That's the sort of invasion of privacy that's WAAAAY too far, especially for someone that, while on friendly terms, is essentially an acquaintance though tangential relation to Mika's roomie.
Also based on the fact that we know quite well just how particular Indonesia has been as is becoming with it's religious laws and social views, I can't help but feel that whole thing was a sort of "save my daughters friend from sin" line that, had she actually managed to get a hold of the Bilbo would have also been a "why do you have this when you could be married instead" talk which it sounds like Mika half got anyways.
Obviously roomie's mom was doing it with what felt like good intentions, but honestly it just feels like a bizarre overstep into Mika's personal space, regardless of if Mika feels comfortable talking about it basically anonymously online via her corperate vtuber persona. There's a large gap between strangers online who can't effect you irl and someone who is 1 degree away from you.

Seriously, that lady was rude. Even if she was Mika's own mom that would be rude, though not nearly as rude as it is just being her *roommate's mom*. I don't care HOW close you think you are to someone, there are some boundaries you do not cross unless the person offers up permission (and without you asking them to). If I had something locked in my room and I caught someone trying to get into it, I'd be starting the conversation with "get out of my room, you are no longer welcome in here." That woman should be ashamed of herself.
