Hamza, thank you.
Today I woke up at 5:00 A.M. and I fully completed all of my morning routine.
As I was eating breakfast with my family; a healthy breakfast I made myself, I cried.
I didn't cry because I was thinking about some cringe thing I did a long time ago, or because I only recently started self improvement (around a year ago).
I cried because today I have felt more joy than any video game, any p0rn video, any degenerate show or red piller made me feel.
So thank you Hamza.
Even though you weren't the one who made myself go to the gym, or the one who had me eat healthy or cured my depression, you are the one who guided me and enlightened me to the path to joy.
So thank you Hamza. β€

Iβm a 16 year old girl and Iβm tired of the unhealthy habits Iβve already taken myself into and by watching these every so often actually really is helping make a difference in my life, which is pretty important to me as I donβt want to grow into an adult with unhealthy habits and routines and be socially inept
So yeah all my gratitude to this guyπ

I'm 17 with ADHD (which was honestly just FUCKED less than a year ago), I just made my first money online (200$) and in the past months I have developed a smaller, but much more meaningful circle of friends, I went back to Christianity and I can say that I'm genuinely happy and content everyday. Those aren't big and fast wins and there's a lot to improve still, but thank you for leading me on the right track. Life can be a beautiful thing if you let it be.

Within an hour, the poor mindset I have had for the past 2months completely changed into hope and excitement. I'm like these thousands of comments you receive, I don't usually comment, but this time I felt like I needed it. From the bottom of my heart, thank you brother.
