Regardless of if Keemstar's name was rightly or wrongly slandered I do think he ended up coming out on top of this. A small investment for a short term project is a small price to pay to get some respect back in the YouTube game. Of course if he bowed out more gracefully there would have been less collateral damage but ultimately I think the show helped him out.
