1:drop your shoulders 2:exhale as much air as you can 3:don’t move at all 4:Think about something peaceful in your mind like a forest tropical island or beach ect. 5:always say to yourself in your mind “i will fall asleep”

-relax your body -imagine peaceful scenery MAIN PART -say something over and over in your head ex: im asleep or dont think TIPS -make sure under your bed can let air to your mattress -try not to game or work in your room if not your brain will associate your room for work/ gaming or atleast dont game on your bed -dont keep checking the time you might check the time and you see you should be asleep that will put more stress on you to fall asleep so keep your phone far away -keep your room dark and quiet thank me later

i've gone from taking over 20 mins to fall asleep to now taking a max of 5 minutes! with more practice i'm sure i could cut this down even more!! Thanks Stef!

1: focus and relax in face and mouth 2: drop shoulders and relax them 3: focus and relax on chest 4: exhale as much 5: relax and don’t move hips and lower body 6: visualize a relaxing scene 7: repeat I am asleep ( no lights and make sure it’s dark and quiet )
