Needed this so badly. Was stuck in a mental spiral of self hate and suicidal thoughts. This is what i needed to distract myself long enough for the mood to pass.

As someone who hasn't been lucky enough to travel much or experience different cultures, these podcasts are a small glimpse into the beauty and rich histories of our world that I am very grateful for. Thank you and your team for such high quality educational and yet emotional videos.

Petra is truly an amazing place. Had the opportunity to do some archaeological work there in 2014 and I will never forget the first time I saw Al-Khazneh.

I love this series. This is probably one of the best channels on YouTube for ancient civilisation history. I especially love the style of storytelling, the sounds, music, and the "voices/quotes" of historical people makes you feel as if you’re right there with them in that time period.

I was recently wondering when Petra and the Nabataeans would be covered. I visited there in March of this year, and the site was nothing short of spectacular, one of the greatest places I've visited.

Awesome. I'm always checking how long ago the last podcast was and when it gets to three or four months I know that any day it's coming.

May I suggest the Mitanni and Hittites for future consideration. Love your work! The fact that you teach how the people and the land shape each other has this geographer's approval.

I was lucky enough to visit Petra in 2015. It is a breathtaking place and I was fascinated by the history of the people who carved the buildings out of stone. Another exceptional podcast!
