Yes In Luxembourg (europe), I pay around Rs 100000 as direct tax and indirect tax everymonth and get it back same month in form of Child allowance, Rent allowance, Free medical treatments in the same month, rest of the benefits like road, infrastructure... are extra benefits

Im based in singapore. This story seems like a fantasy because for treatment, if its a government hospital, accounts will start sending bills ftom day1. No surgery or treatment can be given unless payment is made in advance. If he was admitted in a private hospital, thrn its 10 times worse. They will hound us.
Lastly, patient cannot be discharged, if absolutely nothing has bern paid.
So this story is quite fanciful. Even for a small emergency admission, need to pay up in cash first....
