From the community: "The community is at the core of this visualizer. The visualizer zips in and out to showcase moments captured by fans throughout Flume's career. We took all the photos and videos submitted by the community and turned them into a kaleidoscope, trying to make sure at least 1 photo or video from each person who submitted was included. The kaleidoscope's pattern was inspired by Flume's self-titled cover art. The kaleidoscope is also a way to connect with fans, and it turns every moment into a unique visual story."
From the editor: "The Flume discord community was asked to submit photos and videos showing what Flume has meant to them over the last decade. I uploaded a few videos of my own (Skin tour 2016) and a previous animation I made in 2014. After a week of submissions, the community was then asked to make a visualizer. I loved "Slugger" from the first listen as it brought back nostalgic early memories of listening to Flume. I got to work and spent a weekend and a few nights putting this visualizer together. I had a ton of fun creating it and I hope everyone enjoys it and finds their memories! :)"

So I don’t follow the scene as I used to but I remember back in like 2011-12 I used to write flume and he would write me back there wasn’t a lot of us fans back then sleepless hadn’t even dropped yet! I remember when he got the quicksilver placement. Then the top 100 hit years later to where we are at now. What a journey. Thanks for the ride brother you have influenced millions believe it or not!

Flume provided the soundtrack to my junior and senior years of high school, 2013 & 2014. I have such fond memories with my friends listening to Lockjaw, You & Me and Tennis Court, but my favorite songs came off that first record... I even got to see him at Coachella in 2014. This track reminds me of those friends I don't really talk to anymore, and all the great memories I have of them. Thank you Flume ❤

I love you, Flume! I think I can honestly say you are my favorite producer, not because I love all of your music (I love most of it :)) but because you are constantly, unabashedly, irreplaceably yourself and you remind people of that everyday through your music and expression! Your music has accompanied my transition to adulthood. Even when you have attempted to go mainstream, you’re still changing the game. And then this last album blew my socks off with its originality. Saw you live in Seattle this August and it was the best birthday treat ever!!! My best friend introduced Flume to me around 2015. We’ve both gone to see Flume live together at the Forest Hills Stadium in August 2016, at Lollapalooza 2019, at Governor’s Ball 2022, and at the Brooklyn Mirage in September 2022.
