The bay curves around beneath distant mountains. The sun sets through scudding clouds, casting long tendrils of light, before sinking into the gloom. The clouds are illuminated as if on fire. The colours shift from blue to gold to red. The dark clouds might suggest a storm tomorrow, but tonight it is beautiful and calm, which reminds you to live in the moment.

This is a film to inspire a feeling of warmth and solace, to relax and feel calm, loved, and rejuvanated. The music is a choral treat of exquisite clusters and ethereal harmony. Allow the music to wash over you and fill you with peace, or have it as a background to work or studying.

This glorious sunset was filmed in Snowdonia, now known as Y Eryri, looking out over the Llyn Peninsula. As with a lot of our videos here on Ambient Dawn, it was a family exploration that was fortunate enough to be in the right place at the right time!
