Me and this girl named Grace went to a mental facility together when we were younger. we were there for 5 months together and fist fought each other every day. we ABSOLUTELY hated each other. we'd try to be friends but she always purposely triggered me and i would fight her. A year after i get out that place, i end up going somewhere else for another 5 months. My first month there, Grace walks in and shes the new kid. We instantly recognized each other but we've changed, so we didnt fight, but we did still hate each other. After a week or two, we end up talking and becoming friends. As time goes on, we become best friends. We did everything together but there was this feeling i couldnt shake. I didn't know whether or not I actually liked girls but i felt something with her that i never felt with any other girl. I wanted more than just a friendship with her. I told her and after awhile, we got together. We ended up breaking up because we were in a facility, we needed to work on ourselves. But we stayed best friends. One day she wrote down the lyrics to "We fell in love in october" by girl in red and folded it up and gave it to me. I thought it was a letter saying she wanted to get back with me but it was the lyrics to that song. I was so happy because i thought it was her saying she wants to be together one day. So i wrote down the lyrics to "I wanna be your girlfriend" by girl in red and gave it to her. I discharged from the facility a month later but she was in the ER so she didnt get to say bye to me. I called up there every day to tell the staff to say hi to her for me. She ended up getting out a few months ago but things werent the same. Turns out she found someone else and she was shit talking me when i left the facility and calling me weird. It just really sucks because i dont understand where all that came from. We left off on great terms so i dont understand. I got mad and said awful things to her and blocked her on all social media platforms. I just wish i could tell her that i love her and always will. I dont think i could ever forget her and all the amazing memories we had together.
