As a motor moron who seems incapable to grow lats, I thank you from the bottom of my heart

Doing these with straps has been a huge help—higher load, no grip fails, really feel it in the back. Also leveraging the moment arm with the diagonal bar path targets the sweet spot.

Holy shit just the simple correction of moving the bar out slightly before rowing has me feeling my lats so much more. I’m just doing sets with 135 and my lats are pumped. Thanks for the great video boss.

Hey, you're back! I really like your videos. I watched all your tutorials and programming videos a while back. Happy New Year from the Netherlands.

Thanks for another helpful tutorial. Do you recommend a certain style of straps? And any favorite brands or products? I've been using a hook grip for rows and heavy deadlifts, but think it's time to invest in a set a straps.

Hope the arm is doing okay. Thanks for the good instruction. I never thought to use straps for this move. I will check that out.

I’m curious as to how this technique compares to Mark Rippetoes video about the row.

For someone with a belly in the way, would you still recommend rowing to their abdomen?

Should we be doing a thumbless grip along with the straps?

At the end when you do your sets, why are you in neck flexion (looking forward)?

I thought Rip said the row starts from the floor?
