This may not be a song for the ages, but it's absolutely on point for THIS age. So much going on right now that it's overwhelming to care about it all. This may be a personal song for the band and we, as their audience, can identify entirely as well. Note that the lyric isn't, "I don't care," but rather, "I wanna be the one who says... " Don't we all? I find this track musically new and different from any other of FPC's, and the lyrics are a bit more telling and introspective.
Takeaway: It's OK to NOT be OK.
