My baby will be two in September and I forgot to post a thank you on this video! During labor my husband arrived late and I was on my own for most of my contractions. This video really helped me to stay calm and positive on my own. As the pain got stronger I kept my headphones in and used breathing techniques whilst listening. This is my 3rd baby and the first time I'd used hypnosis during labor. It really got through the majority of my contractions. Thank you!

Dear Kalawna, I just wanted to Thankyou so very very much for posting this recording. 2 weeks ago I gave birth to my baby boy. I listened to this once a day for the last 2 weeks of pregnancy and then when the labour started, I had headphones in and listened to it, pressing pause between pressure waves to talk to my support people. I had an extremely quick and pain free birth. From the first moment to the birth it was only 5 hours, and the only time I felt what could be called pain was the last 10 mins or so. I studied hypno babies, hypnobirth, and calm birth, leading up to that moment, and don't worry about the comments criticising your use of words, it's just people honing in on details to feel elevated or seem more knowledgable about a topic. The fact is, your guided meditation worked for me, and I Thankyou. My baby came out in 2 moments of bearing down (seconds!) and like I said before, mainly without pain thanks to the focus you provided me with. Thankyou Thankyou Thankyou

Thank you! I listened to your video so much I recited in my head during active labor. I was so relaxed, calm, and focused. VBAC moms should try this and read Birth Without Fear

I had a natural unmedicated childbirth one week ago, after 78 hours of labor and breaking my arm in the middle of all of it. This video helped me tremendously when I arrived at the hospital 8cm dilated. I put my earbuds in and tuned everyone and everything out. Every once in a while I'd take a break from listening to change labor positions but always went back to it asking my husband "I want my lady again!" Lol THANK YOU!!

This got me through my labor at home and my delivery at the hospital. At the hospital i didnt have this playing, but with each contraction I would tell myself some of these phrases. It really helped me get through it all. Thank you for making this video.

I enjoyed this for the most part. Although, I wasn't a fan of the words "pain" or "contractions" being used as from what I have learned in hypnobirthing so far, these words are usually "off limits" and I felt they did disrupt my meditation while listening.

thank you so much Kalawna. I was almost to tears because I could not find the proper tools and support I want and need for my healthy birthing experience. but listening to your meditation has opened my consciousness and allowed me to find a nice set of tools and supportive videos that are helping me greatly through my birthing process. I feel at ease now. I feel relief 😏

Hey i have searched for many hypnobirthing meditations and this is the first that I have connected to. I find your voice very soothing. Do you have any more hypnobirthing meditations? I'm pretty early on and may want to switch it up :) thank you
