Andrew Huberman has motivated me to stare directly at the sun for 8 hours per day. on my days off, i enjoy staring directly at the sun from when it rises all the way to when it sets. there are two large black holes in the middle of my eye sight but i have a gut feeling thatās just because of the sheer amount of vitamin D iāve been getting, directly from the sun. according to my calculations, this will wear off soon once my body adjusts to the vitamin D. i am typing this with my peripheral vision as the two black holes in my eyes wonāt allow me to see directly at the moment. thanks for sharing this, Dr Huberman is a treasure and his message needs to be known.

As a fellow scientist, I really couldn't care less about this story or what Hubberman does in his personal life. Where the story should really be directed is at the fact that he constantly pushes claims that are not very supported by science. If you actually look into the studies he usually talks about they are riddled with problems. They only serve the purpose to promote his pop science ideas to his non-science audience.
