My theory is, the reason South Africa has such diversity and richness in house genre, it's because if you listen to house music, you can sample instruments, melodies and rhythms used in different cultures and tribes of Southern Culture, and interesting enough, they all have base drum that resonant with our ancestors, the drum hits everyone spiritual, what connects Africans.
