THAT ISA WONDERFULLTHING TO FIND THIS CHRISTMASS DAY 2022 IN COMMIEFORNIA! wHILE HAVE BEEN BROUGHT UP IN cALI AROUND GUNS & TOUGHT GUN SAFTEY AND MAKSMANSHIP FROM A YOUNG age. I am in CA and also started skateboarding surfing &snowboarding like many of us Punks here do. That background of growing up with guns taught me responsibility that carried on into becoming an adult. Learning these values to be able to shoot and go hunt with your dad is a common trait in The USA our gun culture here has. I had to make a living some how and not fond of school and its homework etc. I did my schoolwork and passed my classes put into Catholic schools with good educatiion was not easy but I stuck with it and passed all my classes until I graduated. Then I knew I would not fit in an office job and took some classes at colledge to maybe start my own buisness. Learning that option is aware success I decided to try a trade career job. I started as a truck driver for a local to me branch of an Elevator company. I worked hard learned the game and was put to work and in the Uniion in record time as the truck driver even during a freeze in getting to work in the union at the time. I worked hard and learned well to be able to work with the better mechanics. That I knew is what itwould take to do well in a lot to know job where you need to know the work and safety of different trades. We are responseable for everything to do with the elevator in general. Pipe work Electrical, iron work, and all the mechanical operational stuff . I did well and was thrown into the fire as a term into new equiptment , code changes that resulted in the equiptment ordered and delivered not up to being able to use. Time needed to make it right required. Re desighn some of the simple parts for strength required to pass. Submit them to the building structural engineer for aproval and make, modify or have parts made for installatio. Stay on good terms bieng trusted by the inspector for this clasification of jobs construction requirements that are more strict with many aspects required. Then later after similar situations with new equiptment and getting a LA city license and being a forman for jobs I was in repair in charge of everything in a big mall thats in the movies that included servaceand mantinance. Then surprise sent to be a foreman of a hard more technical job as forman of the Concert Hall in LA Disney built. The parking structure had many escalators in stalled and elevators but put on hold for a few years. It resumed construction and Iron was stacked on top for it to be built. The elevators had to be extended up into the structure along with some new ones into what looked like the frame of a huge ship droped there with its wild shape. The contractor had more rules ands requirements than I had ever seen in other jobs.and it was a flagship job for the company too. I became the forman AFTER FINAL CLEANUP AND GETING ALL THE ESCALATORS INTO THE PARKING RUNNING LUBRICATEDCLEAN AND SHINY. tHEN INSPECTED FOR THAT BY dISNEY, tHEIR CONSULTENT COMPANY ANOTHER elevator company with the Mayor of LA a City inspector the contractor &? with a walkthrough overlooking it. I am now retired but still have a picture I framed of me skateboarding a great kind of secret old style left hand kiny pool behind a kind of abandon big houseon top of the tustin hills. I saw some pro skateboardersshow up there for photo shoots and met members of aGENT oRANGE A GREAT BAND i LIKE AND READ sTEVE sOTO R.IP. STARTED or was involved starting. That I had booked to play with his band Joyride at a Fri night my frind Dan and I promoted in NB I also had Pro Skater and Punk Rock musician Duane Peters play with the band US BOMBS a coupe times.
