Do you sometimes feel like crying, but can't, because there are poeple around you, for example family? And even if you're alone, there's a possibility they walk in and see you crying? Because everytime my mum finds out I cried or am currently crying, she thinks I only want attention, while I really just want to get the emotions out of me. She starts questioning me what's wrong, thinking this will help me, but I need understanding and space to let it out, not talking about what's wrong. I don't want to talk about it.
