Unexpected tears and lump in my throat when you talked about your mama capacity right now. I feel that so deeply. I believe in all the best foods and making all the things from scratch etc. I've done a lot and constantly now fight the guilt that I just can't right now. Too much the muchness. It has been a hard winter, I struggle with less sun/daylight and PTSD. A month ago we had to put our dog to rest, my walking buddy. After watching and listening to you, I am getting back to walking. (I also have a few years on you, like 20)
