Iām only at 2:09, but I wanna say: I train people at every job Iāve ever had, and trying to train while working at a fast pace is a big fuckn challenge. Iām an expeditor and when we get busy there is absolutely no time to train; every second of my time is relegated to mental and physical organization of plates, calling hands, selling tickets, cleaning, garnishing, quality control, time management of every station in the kitchen, etc. Trying to train on top of doing something complicated and fast-paced is an added layer of stress, so before even watching this I wanna shout out the chef they have on.

when i first saw the thumbnail i thought, āoh this is going to be a messā but i was actually so surprised at how kwesi followed all of moniqueās instructions actually pretty decently considering his cooking skills LOL he just seemed eager to do well and learn and it seemed like he had a lot of fun at the end! i loved this!!!
