I have lost my family, hopefully not forever, but they keep me stuck in the old idea of me. I tried to change the tone/vibe but it's so deep and habitual that I can't fight natural responses coming from my unconscious self. The habits they have given or shared with me are hurting me and my love of self. So, it's important that I heal myself. Love and Light are within me. - Thank You so much for this conversation/podcast💚 There is a lot of change and realizations happening that is unbelievably simple. It's like the fog has lifted and the problems we make for ourselves are revealed. I would love to just move on from those things. This is the most touching podcast I have ever listened to. The guided meditation and the channeling were completely unexpected, but it was so so soooo needed for my spirit. No wonder this podcast called me so strongly.
During the meditation, some sort of gate was opened, releasing everything that was building up over a long time. I cried from the bottom of my heart.
Recently I was feeling, that I want and need to start meditating, and this inspired me to begin practicing this regularly.

I love this channel, spiritual gifts 😍 WOw.. spiritual practices has always been a massive part of my journey into self-Hood..
I say to people, dive deeper into intuitive practice and they shrug it off or go learn remote viewing and astral projection or or lucid dreaming however.
Many people feel better just to talk about these stuff than actually practicing this things...

I met Helle in Zurich, on one of her firsts Europe Breathwork events, that I participated. The breathing session was so intense and liberating, that after 1 month, I manifested a trip, that changed completely the trajectory of my life for the better! I will forever feel gratitude for them doing that, with so much love, compassion and support. Hearing her speaking on your show Andre, just makes my heart so full and my mind nurtured!
