The problem with "drop in/drop out" in quickplay is that 99% of the people "dropping out" happens with 30 seconds left on the clock. So a new player gets pulled into the game with no chance to have an impact of the match.
As someone who plays quickplay most of the time, it sucks to get pulled into these games constantly. It happens more than Flats thinks hecause he doesnt play quickplay much.

Lifeweavers tree is the 'Tree of Life'. It should take away the health of the enemy team if they're within the circle radius. This would be a nice addition to counteract the team and make them retreat.

It is called Unranked in the top left in the character select menu, in the same spot it would read Competitive. Itâs quick play because they are shorter rounds than competitive, while still being unranked.
