I think that at one time Zayn was feeling that he didn't belong to the band anymore but Louis was definitely the one he loved the most. They understood eachother cause they'r both free spirit and a bit rebel but also sensitive.
He was his favorite and i'm sure that he miss their frienship. They had a real bromance.
