This track will guide to connect to someone in the astral realm, be it a deceased loved one, a deity, a god or goddess, an ET, an enlightened master or just a friend. The method used here is relaxation, as you relax further and further, mind and body, at a certain point you will feel your astral body being pulled out of your body. Try to not react and stay relaxed as it happens. It will happen on it's own.
Use this recording in the following way. Put an alarm in the morning 2 hours before you plan to wake up. Then play this recording on low volume and head back to sleep. I’ve been using this every night to connect to someone who is across the country from me, I love it. I also find that when I’m astral projecting I have a stronger ability to speak to animals (I have that when I’m awake too, like I understand what animals are trying to say, it’s just stronger when I’m in that state sometimes)

I have started meditating to try and connect to my son who passed away 3 months ago. I have struggled as I cannot "visualise" at all. All I see is darkness and I cant seem to use my imagination. However I found this brilliant for me! I did not astral project but I felt like I had a connection with my son. Felt him touching my hair and my face. The 2 hours went by so quickly.

Oh my word, I listened to this last night and I fell into a deep sleep. I had an amazing dream about my SP. We arent on good terms at the moment and it is a LDR. My dream was filled with love, we laughed, we got on so well. we were vibing on the same frequency. Things were like normal. I woke up feeling.filled with hope and love for this man, my feelings of being inadequate and being unloved had disappeared. Do you think he dreamt the same dream? I hope he woke up feeling like I do. What we have is too valuable to throw away.
