John, (below), I am 71 and I have loved Trance music ever since it was invented. Even more ironic, (which few people believe), I use Trance Remix for Meditation. Incorrect, you don't need stillness to meditate. Trance music usually has the background beat, and two melodies. You choose one of the three and that becomes the Mantra, and there you go, into your Inner Reality. I have reached Samadhi so many times I have lost count. Trance Remix gives you "Kick" in your Inner Reality that Meditation music rarely reaches. Peace to all and OM.

THIS is the exact music that got me through my degree. I couldn't ever concentrate with anything else, or I'd just get really stressed out. Then finding this genre - especially this mix - really helped me just calm down and get focused. Such a small thing, but this image is the main picture I associate with the times I used to just sit and study to Rhydhm Dee's stuff for hours on end.
