Brilliant ! Such a clarity in explaining with facts.
Unlike other videos where people try to project their prowess on their subject, you are on to the point and clearly spelt out it is a guidelines based on facts. It was a random view as I do have cervical neck pain...but felt that never seen such smart explanation. I just instantly subscribed, it is one of the very few subscription I have.
