If you watched Jo on SM after the scandal broke, sharing pics of her & Rachel. Then the night the reunion filmed, the Tom’s, Jo and Rachel went to a bar. Sandoval was reportedly crying, Schwartz was solemn and Rachel & Jo were laughing and taking pics together. Jo was very clearly team Tom and Rachel, so why would she expect Ariana to speak to her??
Tom Schwartz (allegedly) lied to her, made her look like a fool then he basically threw her to the wolves… and this is shocking, how?? She’s known the Tom’s for years. She was around this group enough to know Schwartz is a coward who hides his behavior behind upset/angry women!! “Don’t look at me, I’m a nice guy, look at that crazy bitch going off for no reason…. Is she drunk??”
Jo was happy to ingratiate herself in Scandavol, she moved like a snake, came on the show and Schwartz (shockingly) didn’t have her back. Now she wants to blame the women!! She’s the victim, the girls were bullies and it’s all Katie’s fault!! 🙄🤦

I’m not a huge Jo or Tom fan but watching Jo and Tom breakup gave me a new respect for Jo. She handled that so damn well. She was composed, she let herself be a little vulnerable, but was so confident in herself and stood her ground respecting her own boundaries and protecting herself. Good for her!!! She recognized T(rash) money wasn’t gonna reciprocate in that relationship and shut it down. Instead of trying to convince her self he was different or she could change him or beg him. Way to go Jo!

It's not just VPR. In the beginning it was SO good. I worked as a waitress for 17 years, so I loved that they were restaurant staff. But something happens after a few seasons, when the show begins to fund their lives... something is lost.
And then you start wondering when the funding is more important to the reality stars than the reality, when does it stop being reality? Because of course then, it becomes more tempting to believe that situations and issues are scripted. Instead of being a portrayal of real life, it becomes about selling the show, and whipping up interesting plots. And scripted is not what we signed up for.
