Hi guys! I’m going to do this for 4 days but I’m going to change the diet plan a little bit.
Breakfast:3 eggs + Green tea
Lunch:3 eggs + Apple + green tea
Dinner:chicken with rice + green tea with intermittent fasting
Before weight:130.0
Day 1:✅ It was pretty easy,I just hope I don’t get tired of eating eggs
Day 2:✅ It was easy,my favorite part is dinner 😍
Day 3:✅
Day 4:✅
Final weight:127.6
Lost almost 3 pounds!

i did this before and it worked really well and now im doing it again
day 1: i had 2 boiled eggs and an orange to breakfast and had a salad for lunch but then i had ice cream at night
day 2: i had 2 boiled eggs and an orange for breakfast and for lunch i had oats with a banana and green tea (i didnt measure myself but i can still see a little diffrences)

I lost 4kg by just eating eggs for a week , but trust me , you’ll get tired of it . After that week I start eating normally and I gained back 8 kg 🥲 so my best advice is DONT EAT EGGS ONLY
